Herbert Marshall McLuhan was born in the Edmonton, Alberta, McLuhan. He maintained his reputation because he followed the media theory as he studies from the University of Cambridge and the University of Manitoba. The media system was first characterized by that person. As a professor of English he began his teaching career in the U.S. and Canada at several universities and in 1946 before moving to the University of Toronto for the rest of his life he remained there.

        For coining the expression McLuhan is known "the medium is the message" as well as before 30 years it was invented that the word global village, as well as for predicting the World Wide Web.
