The
smart goals developed for regular exercise, walk and diet will remain to
continue without change even when I have achieved the weight losing target. I
will follow the diet schedule and keep the goals of eating healthy fruits and
vegetables. The smart goal is developed through following the smart goal
process as identifying the specific target, developing measurable goals, and
setting attainable targets. After selecting the target time duration was
selected for the accomplishment of the goals.
Previous SMART GOAL Statement
The
smart goal related to my diet and exercise is really important for me in order
to make myself fit and healthy throughout life. Previous smart goal assessment
will help out me in understanding the current situation of goal achievement. In
accordance with the evaluation of the previous smart goal it can be stated that
the previous goal is almost accomplished. This time my progress towards the
goal was efficient as I was successes to lose 3 pounds Weight in the
predetermined time duration. However, I also developed the habit of eating
healthy food like fruits and fresh vegetables. Target set for the walking time
duration was also achieved. Thus I can conclude that now I can work on other
smart goals also.
