The analysis of the effectiveness
of mission statement, from the literature of researchers that they have done
previously as well as the evaluation of the theories and strategies, that
maintain the balance between possible and impossible actions. Moreover, it
develops the sense of encouragement and self-confidence among the individuals
as they matter a lot as well as it provides the direction to the people
regarding to profitability and other aspects that are important for their
benefits. In the company, during the development of the any mission, it is the
right of individuals to say something regarding to the mission. However, the
allocation of resources in differentiation occurred where leaders are
responsible for all the matters whether they are good or bad because the
company hired the leaders for this job and paid according to their job. As the
company has enough time for the management activities and money. Moreover, the
company where pay back is higher the most efficient leaders work and wining the
aims and goals of the company as the company provide them facilities.
Furthermore, the differentiation is the process in which the management of the
company takes place properly as managing the people according to their
potential, capabilities and skills as well as manage the business- related
activities (Welch and Welch 2013 ). 211
Furthermore, different skills
improve the growth of business-like management skills that develop the
systematic environment within the company as it is used in planning, building
and direct system of the organization according to the aims and goals of the
organization that flourish the growth and reputation of organization among its
competitors. Whereas the leadership skill is an important skill with the aim to
introduce the change within the organization effectively by providing guidance,
direction as well as the motivation and encouragement of the people working in
the organization (Algahtani 2014). 88
The Balanced Scorecard is that
process in which the management of the business is takes place in a sustainable
way as it overcome all the problems regarding to the conventional methods used
in the management systems of the business in an effective way. Moreover, it is
providing the three different pillars that develop the sustainable development
as implemented strategic management (Figge, et al. 2002). 67
The role of organizational
culture is important in the development of the organization as it improve the
performance of organization. Additionally, it creates the positive impact on
the attitude and behavior of employees as they improve the work performance and
development of the organization. However, effective leadership introduced
effective and innovative strategies that enhance the performance of
organization and develop the positive attitudes among the behavior of employees
and they started work for the development of organization (Hao and
Yazdanifard 2015).
The organization that manages its
employees in a proper way as takes care of their needs and provide all
facilities that they demand and deserved according to their performance. The
training of employees also conducted from their executives who help their
employees to learn from their expertise. Moreover, there are also options
available for the companies to provide outside training to their employees so
that they can improve their skills according to the requirement of the
organization. In the modern time, competition is too tough therefore, it is
hard for the organization to provide lifetime jobs to their employees but every
organization can still play vital role in the lives of their employees by
providing them opportunities of learning and development through the training
program and at the same time it is the right of the employees.
Moreover, to survive in the rapidly growing
business world, an organization has to embrace change with the passage of time
but to implement change is not possible without the support of the employees
because employees usually restrict change as they feel that they cannot work
effective with the integrated business environment therefore, they create
resistance against change. Likewise, majority of the people react negatively
towards the change because they feel that through the change they might lose
their jobs. In this situation, the employers should develop a plan to effective
manage the change and by encouraging the employees to be a part of the change. In
this regard, the employees should communicate with the employees and they have
to integrate their skills through the training programs. It enables the company
to not only get rid of the resistance but it also support the change process
that enables the company get the required results from the change process (Welch and
Welch 2013 ).
Likewise, in the case of the car wrecks if the employer adopt these strategies
then he cannot merely stop resistance against the change but the training and
the reward system can also help him to reinforce the change process and to take
full advantage of it. Subsequently, in the change process, the organizational
leadership and management play vital role and their policies to address the
change has direct impact on the overall results produced from the change
process (Welch and Welch 2013 ).
