Here are the few indicators of south Korea Scoreboard that should be created and helpful in the innovation plan. The first is about high-quality education should be applied to the South Korea Scoreboard. For cultivating the minds of the scientists, engineers as well as engineers the president’s plan calls. Through strong innovators as well as in science sustained investment, engineering, technology as well as mathematics STEM education from all background engage the students. South Korea also has to focus on the technology as it’s the 21^st century, so every country is developed and make innovation.

South Korea should also mad the indicator for innovative Entrepreneurs. South Korea will be the best place to start a new thing as an entrepreneur.

Saudi Arabia gets more help with both the Scoreboard of European and South Korea to create its own indicator for country development. Saudi should create its own indicator by seeing the other Scoreboard. Saudi should focus on the higher quality education and also bring innovation in their product. Saudi should not just rely on oil. The Saudi king should work on the development of the country.

The one indicator which I would like to suggest is that the Saudi king should focus on the new technology. They do not depend on just oil to create sustainable electricity. They should innovative methods to create electricity. They also focus on fossil fuels to generate electricity. The other thing which suggested is about high-quality education. In Saudi Arabia, there is no proper system for higher quality education.

4-      For each indicator that you write and suggest for Saudi Arabia in point 3; write the reason for choosing it?

The reason for higher education in Saudi Arabia is that there is a lack of education. The Saudi king also focuses on the education of women. Invest in the education industry and plan for the future engineers, scientist and researchers that bring innovation in the Saudi country.  Saudi also focus on other industry except for the oil industry. The whole country depends only on the oil industry so they have to focus on the other alternatives that are good for the future development of Saudi Arabia.

3- You have been appointed as the CEO of Saudi Electricity Company (SEC):(3 Marks).

A.    What are some of the sources of innovative idea that you want "Innovation Energy Incubator" at SEC to concentrate on and why?

As a CEO of Saudi Electricity Company, there are some sources of an innovative idea for the “Innovation Energy Incubator" at SEC is that;

·         Source of renewable resources

·         The benchmarking by the other companies as well as suppliers is also the source of innovation idea for the Innovation Energy Incubator

·         Established contacts with universities as well as with research centers like USP is considered as the source of innovation idea. 

·         Then contacted the researcher of the universities because they are his customers

·         Exchange of the information by the USP is the source of innovation’s

Because all these sources manage the operations as well as implementations for the external recruitments along with the strategies of the internal selection policies. And the process that ensures the vacancies to filled the effectively as well as timely manner by the implementing and developing the programs to recruit, select as well as attracts the human rescores which is required to achieve the business objectives. He met you one day at "Al-Ula" and asked you the following concern and question: (3 Marks).

How can R & D Program Report that you have sent to us help me to write a proposal to convince The Royal Commission for "Al-Ula" to get benefit from the research and development trend in KSA in improving the tourism at "Al-Ula"?

Being the instructor of the(Innovation) MGT643 course, I will guide him to proper procedure the R&D program, and I will guide him to conducting research on the improvement of the tourism at "Al-Ula. The proposal will be contain on the several steps as first describe the problems statement bin the effective manners why the state of the "Al-Ula” require to making it better for the tourism what are the strong points of the "Al-Ula" and how the tourism will generate revenue for the states and the propels must be contained on the budgeting and timeline. The various strategies will also discuss in the proposal for attracting the   Royal Commission of the"Al-Ula." The proposal must be appealing and attracting, and there must be the importance of tourism in the report for generating the revenue by using the sources of foreigners in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

And What do you think the benefits of this chapter to solve the company problem? (3 Marks).  

The book “Good and Great” form chapter 6, we think the benefits of this chapter to solve the problem is that;

·         In addition, it needs to have the self-disciplined people in the systems 
·         Trying to impose the external discipline, rather than spending the energy  
·         To obtain the recommendations awareness is increases, for most of the times
·         There are various benefits which are used in the different strategy to allow an organization to capitalize on the well-known brand as well as the benefits of the equity in the core brand
I have chosen this chapter from the book of the good to great because this chapter provides the good solution overcoming the problem of the organization as it provides the good solution for the carefully holding individual employees accountable for “every item of cost, income, and investment.”. It also provides me exclusive solution for managing the cost of the “Zara” as well as investment for generating more profit. This chapter also provides the crucial components of this kind of culture of discipline using four key points.
