        Mental disorder potentially affects the physical and mental health of the patient particularly when the patient is old age people. Age is not the only reason behind this disorder as a misfortune in autonomy, care, chronic wellbeing, and the demise of friends/ family also sometimes causes mental disorder. In the paper several symptoms, habits of the patient are discussed as improper treatment, medication and lack of care can worsen the whole situation. Sometimes family member and their near ones consider that they are getting upset because of depression as they are advancing in age considering this factor they sometimes do not pay enough required attention to the mental disorder patients. Weekly visits to doctors are necessary and old age people should be given proper medicine on time. Research discussed the independent and dependent variables by studying the responses collected from the research samples. However, in a comprehensive way we can summarize that the several reasons contribute to making a person affected from mental disorder problems, there is need to identify that reasons and to provide proper treatment to the patients and spread awareness in their family members to help a person getting out from such problems and be able to spend a healthy and happy life.
