Conclusion on NAFTA Impact on Member Country

        By concluding the research it is found that NAFATA appeared as amazingly effective strategy to bring prosperity to the region however, it appears as a two edges sword that on side have brought lot of new opportunities and benefits for the economies of the member countries but on the other hand, it have set new challenges. Mexico seems as a country that have received great benefits from this program as it have received dramatic economic growth as its exports that was around $60 billion reached to $400 billion from 1994 to 2013. However, on the other hand, the two strong economies had to suffer during the recession period on 2007-09.

        Now there is need to find new possibilities to develop the regional economy through mutual understanding and in this regards, in August 2018 the two countries America and Mexico have realized that fact that they have to redevelop their trade relation through re-agreement by not only focusing on the NAFTA but also by developing some progressive changes. On the other hand, Canada is also looking forward to join the agreement again as it has agreed to join the USMCA. However, most the agreement will be effective after 2020 after the approval from the legislatures of the member countries.
