There are the ranges of the
leaders which can be chosen for identifying the profile of the leaders. But the
one selected by me for this analysis he is Steve Jobs. This leader is chosen for
this task because I really familiar with him due to his achievement, I am really
motivated by his leadership style and he is lies in the attractive personality
according to sports with its computability. Steve
Jobs was an extraordinary transformational leader whose life has enlightened
the way for many young leaders and entrepreneurs. I am also very much
influenced by his firm determination, consistency and passion. After observing
his circumstances, I have drawn a conclusion that nothing is impossible in life
and it is crucial for a leader to (a) make his vision clear, (b) show
enthusiasm in work, (c) develop an excellent communication network with his
clients, colleagues and subordinates and (d) always motivate his co-workers and
employees to do creative tasks.
The leaders have positive impact
on the organization and on the performance of the organization. There are many
research study depicted the relationship of the leaders with performance of the
organization. There are few characteristics of the Steve jobs which have great
impact on the Apple Inc. It includes self-management and motivating internally,
ability of taking the difficult decision. People like the leader by which they
can be inspired. Apple was founded by two college students who were dropout
from college. Those students are Steve Wozniak and Steve Jobs and they have
motto of “Think Differently”. Steve Wozniak left the company in early 1980s,
and he was hired by Steve Jobs as the President of the company. After facing
the many failures in the business, Apple has launched its new product for the users
of the house hold with name of Macintosh computers after challenging the so
many failures
Steve jobs are the well-known
name that is the motivational factors for the all business legend as well as for
inspiring the other individuals. Particularly he leads to his team of the apple
Inc. The lesson of the Steve jobs are enough to inspiring the others there are
the lot of quoting of the Steve jobs which can influence the youngsters of our
nation Steve job have all abilities by which he can impress the others. To
