Red zone is the level of energy and it is important to know
how energy is produced and how much of it is used. ATP has an important role in
production of energy. The concentration of ATP produced in body depends upon
health, diet, oxygen and sleep of an individual. 7-8 hours of sleep produce
enough ATP to function efficiently while awake. Deprived production of ATP
results in; poor decision making, communication issues, improper thinking,
weakened immune system, degraded endurance and irritability. ATP is vital and
it cannot be taken as a supplement it should be produced within a body.
Deprival of energy can affect physical as well as mental health of oneself and
others around.
