The present work is extracted by the collective efforts of
all group members. The project defines the characteristics for the workplace such
as performance and the satisfaction as these concepts are interrelated with
each other. The positive and negative impact of the workplace performance
depends upon the expectation of managers. The self-fulfilling prophecy is
considered to determine the aspects of film. The key components analyzed in the
work includes the effective analysis of team based on the theories particularly
team dysfunction, team norms, and team developments. The concepts provided in
the film are interrelated to each other as workplace satisfaction increases the
performance of workers. The expectation and behavior of employees and
supervisors induces impact on the motivation and ability of the employees. The
perception of the manager in the workplace should be to improve the abilities
and to appreciate the work of employees. The film illustrated the importance for
expectation of the supervisor.
