In
the end, it can be said that overall rating for the UGA Mobile App should be
good and it should be given 4 out of 5 marks, because its features are amazing
for the people, who visit the university or part of this university. The bugs
can be there in things, which are working on some sort of technology, and
things can be improved by identifying issues in the design or application of an
app. The severity of the issue of live tracking of buses should not be rated
too high as students do get at least an idea that a bus will reach at certain
point in 5 minutes, if it reaches in 10 minutes, then it is not a big deal I
guess. However, still SGA & EITSS should evaluate this issue and improve it
as much as they can.
