For conducting the survey and gathering the data for the
research questionnaire tool was utilized. The questionnaire was developed in
the format of Likert scale having 5 point scale. In the questionnaire most
questions were open ended. Three sections were made in the questionnaire which
include demographic section, attribute section and satisfaction section. In the
first section the questions were regarding 9 different demographics and
behavior of the tourists who visit Mongolia. Second section questions were
revolving around 37 attributes which include service, transportation,
activities, and prices. In the end the questionnaire include 5 questions which
was determining the overall satisfaction of the tourists. In the Likert scale
the scale 1 represents extreme dissatisfaction and the scale 5 represent
extreme satisfaction. Through the survey the data can be gathered in detail and
the data analysis will show whether the tourists like their visit in Mongolia
or not. The results of the survey will help the tourist development authorities
to improve the attraction & facilities. In survey the questions were design
in such a way that maximum information can be gathered regarding the tourist
experience and whether the tourist will recommend other tourist to visit the
country or not.
