The present report is
complete access review of all the group members. The review of group members
was based on the filter controls related to the specific work objectives and
abilities of all the members. The dynamic group is configured to access the
goals and all the members are assigned with work in which they are compatible.
The criteria of selection for the positions of each member was based on the
hard working ability, courtesy in attitude, work understanding, and levels of responsibilities.
The analysis of each member is quantitative and qualitative and based on the
performance. There are three and four criteria for analysis and performance measurement
and all the workers are analyzed on these basis. The effective group members
include Gianna Porter, Carson Neumann, and Emily Barker. The project requires
the work to be completed on time with perfection. The criteria of analysis is
mentioned below:
Commitment and preparation of Group Members
Gianna Porter is a hard worker employee and she works
efficiently therefore she is placed on the 1st number. She is able to
understand and works with the responsibility. In terms of hard work and commitment,
Carson Neumann is also good, as he never involved in any conflict with others,
and always keeps calm. So the ranking number given to him is 2nd. In
overall terms, Emily Barker is a good person, but when comes to commitment and
hard work, she is not the one, who does hard work. That’s why she is given 3rd
rank number.
Contribution of Group Members
Carson
Neumann is a courteous person and he works with others collectively. Through
the whole work career in the firm he never had any conflict with others. He is
a good worker and placed at 3rd. when comes to contribution, Emily
Barker is not great in this regard so she is given number 4th. As far as Gianna
Porter is concerned, she is 1st in this category as well, because
she always likes to contribute, whatever she can.
Help process of Group Members
Even
Carson Neumann is cooperative but Emily Barker helps the company in many ways
therefore she is placed on the 2nd. Emily Barker does not help too
much in the process, but she does put some effort, and that’s why she is given
number 4th place in the rank order.
Performance Perfection & Rank Order of Group Members
The success of the business is based on the working
abilities of all the workers. In the team members Gianna Porter is performing
well relative to other employees. Carson Neumann as well as Emily Barker is
also good enough that’s why the team was able to perform well, but they
certainly can improve a lot in this regard. In this group project, the rank
order given to team members would be 1st to Gianna Porter, 2nd
to Carson Neumann, and 3rd to Emily Barker on the basis of their
contribution and efforts to achieve perfect performance. These rank numbers are
close to each other, which assert that there is not much to separate between
these team members.
