It is true that smart goals are
the ones, which most likely achieve their desired results. If I would have to
make a SMART goal for my company, then I would make it one, which has all
elements mentioned in SMART goals. For instance, I will come up with a “specific”
goal that I am going to increase number of clients for my company. The next
step in SMART goal would be “measurable”, which means that I will analyze that
how many clients I have been able to add for my client in their existing list. Third
step would be “attainable”, and I will make my goal attainable by developing a
proper marketing plan. The fourth element of SMART goal is “relevant”, and my
goal is relevant because new clients will increase the revenue and client base
for the company. Last step is “time bound”, and my goal is to increase at least
five clients in next 4 weeks.
