It is important to understand
that a team works for a collective goal to be achieved, so if they don’t trust
each other, and foster trust based relationship, then it is hard for them to
collaborate together to achieve their common goal. The trust is crucial for
team dynamics in so many ways. If there would be trust amongst team members,
then they will feel more comfortable to share their ideas and give valid
feedback so that team’s performance can be improved. If there would be lack of trust,
then team members will hold their opinion, and may not speak about any issues,
which are affecting team performance. The constructive feedback can only be
achieved through a trusted relationship among team members. Moreover, trust is
also critical for team because it allows team members to bring more fairness
& equality, and all members communicate well with each other. They share
same kind of values to make difficult decisions to achieve their common goals.
