It is a fact that workplace can
face various conflicts and issues, because different kind of people work
together who have different personalities and thinking style. So, when these
diverse people work together, it is more likely that a conflict will arise. One
of the major causes of conflict is poor communication between workers. They are
not able to understand each other and eventually conflict arises due to lack of
