Project Description OF  APEX MINING LIMITED

        In order to ensure the safety of all personnel and the mining activities of the company it is pertinent that a training session is conducted. Once employees and managers undergo the course that will be designed, companies can ensure that they will pass all safety standards when inspected.

        In the past, there have been a lot of tragic accidents related to mining. Since the labor and employees have put their trust in the company, it is their responsibility to ensure the safety of its stakeholders. The project will thus be required to be designed in such a manner that it should keep all aspects in view.

Project budget OF  APEX MINING LIMITED

        Budget for this specific project is $800,000. This should include all costs and expenses required to issue the manual as well as arrangement of all equipment and gear for training program such as simulations, all safety gears, instructional material as well as facility for training conduction.

Proposed project time line OF  APEX MINING LIMITED

        The proposal and deliverables should be submitted by December 15^th. The project should be ready and running by the end of December, 2018. All arrangements need to be made and manuals need to be issued by this time. A pilot test will be conducted thereafter. The training sessions will officially begin from February, 2019.
