The fast retailing company is entered
it to the retyai9lingh industry of the Canada in September 2016 and it have opened
its first with name of Uniqolo in Tornoto. The Canadian retailing industry had
attentively rejected its foreign brand just like as Aeropostale and Target rather than the other Canadian
retailers for example Le Chateau and Reitmans Ltd were continuously
struggling for maintaining it according to the competitive landscape. A Japanese
fashion retailer named as UNIQLO had been struggling in the markets of the
United States just because of the deficiency of the brand awareness as well as
the strategy of the aggressive expansion. It had aimed to become the dominant
fashioning brand in Canada; the extensive research is conducted by the UNIQLO
which is prior for entering in the market [1].
It was facing the problems in
global market for the supply chain model, this was saturated in Japan, and it
was involved in online trading for 4% of the sales and it have inconstant product
size among the United Sates and Asian markets.
Alternatives Solutions
It have three alternatives
solutions as alternative one discussed about the model of the supply chain
which must have structure of the Inditex by increasing the prices, reducing the
lead time, there does not be leverage for competitive advantage of Uniqlo.

market is the saturate, In the Asian markets there is significance presence,
For the Asian markets the model of the supply chain must be considered as the
successful. Focusing on e-commerce in Europe and United States and adjusting
the size to fit it in the United States market.
Recommended Action
It is recommend that it must be maintains
the current competitive advantage for high quality and low cost. The e-commerce
must be profitable. It also recommended that US market must has only 39 store
as well as a huge potential growth. By solving its problems to follow the
alternative solution The Uniqlo can earn 1.12 billion more in 2020.
Personal Takeaway
I have learned about the supply chain model of
the company by analyzing critically this case study. This study shows the firm
can run in good way by following the proper procedure of the supply chain.
