In
the end, it can be concluded that both learning style as well as self-regulated
learning strategies can be instrumental for the better academic achievement and
performance of students. So, it is important for extended science students to
look at various learning styles and SRL strategies so that they can shoes the appropriate
one for them. In learning styles, they can adopt Felder-Silverman learning
style model, Kolb’s Learning Cycle model, and Honey and Mumford’s Learning
Style Questionnaire (LSQ). On the other hand, to cope with their self-regulate
learning, they can review Bekaert’s dual process model along with three SRL
models developed by Zimmerman.
