Programmable
logic Controller (PLC) is used in the digital applications that is applied in
the industrial sector. For the control of the mechanical movement the PLC is
used either in heavy machine for the efficient production. Automation is to
create the process automatic; which is used to control and operate the
processing technology of industrial working, it’s found in mostly industries
like the steel industries. PLC is using the digital computer for the automation
in the process of electromechanical industry like the control machinery,
assembly lines of factory. [1]. The model of a
Pneumatic cylinder and the three main steps to propose the control method, as
the PLC is including the industrial process to investigate the pneumatic
cylinder which is the aim of the report.
The pneumatic cylinder is used in the industrial application for various
automation purposes, like the high power, weight ratio.
Pneumatics is
used is the industrial automation, where the trainer of pneumatics’ facilitates
the students to explore the fundamentals of pneumatics, where the device should
be manged, command, direct and regulate the behaviour of system.
The aim of the
report is converting the pneumatics Circuits to the controlled PLC circuits;
and also design the automatic pneumatic forging machine by using the PLC with
the working principle of shedding light and the hardware structure of the
systems.
In this project
the pneumatic cylinder and the PLC system is used by the forging process to
obtain the automation. The pneumatics cylinder is the mechanical devise that is
used for power of the compressed gas, to produce the force in the linear
motion. Mosely Engineers sometimes prefers the pneumatics due to they have the
quieter cleaner which do not required for the large amount of space in the
fluid storage. [2]
