Background of Implement a PLC project by converting a pneumatic circuit into a PLC controlled circuit

Category: Project Management Paper Type: Report Writing Reference: IEEE Words: 300

PLC is the user friendly, for the microprocessor which is based on the micro-computer for the software and the hardware to control the operation of the process and equipment. The advantage of a PLC is it is easily programed and reprogrammed. On the industrial control; the PLC has the tremendous impact as well on the instrumentations because it has the flexibility and the reliability for the implementation design stages. Some manufactures of PLC are ABB, Honeywell, Siemens, and Mitsubishi.  PLC architecture is dependent on the three areas, that is processing, input/output, memory .The input instruction is depending  on the programming of the PLC , and the output are generated , for the associated devices in the output/input actions. Now the below figure 2 shows the architecture of the PLC that consist of output/input, for the communications modules and the memory unit.

To perform the work, the reason is to use the pneumatics machine, as the work requires for the application of kinetic energy for the resisting objects that is moving through the distance. In the pneumatics systems, the energy is stored as the potential states for the compressed air conditions. From the atmosphere the compressor pumps the air, into a receivers, to reduce the volume as well as pressure level is raising. [3] The pneumatics is the systems which is used for the compressed air and control the energy , where the pneumatics systems is used to control the doors of train; automatic production lines .
