Unethical practices by partnering Companies causes
great problems in the contract. Different partners when involved in business
they have different opinions and different ideas and in terms of having
successful partnerships all discussions must be carefully listened and analyzed
so that the contract remains and the success become compulsion for the
organizations involved in the contract. Unethical behaviour should not be tolerated
if it is not affecting company’s strength and success element. Once the success
factor getting hurt then there becomes the need of having strict actions to
control those practices. In order to control these unethical issues very quick
but careful actions needs to be taken that it not effects the partnership but
the problem become controlled and solved. Unethical practices first noticed
that these are conducted by whom and who were the other persons involved in
these practices among all partner’s team. (Ehtesham, 2016)
Unethical practices affect the organization’s
atmosphere badly and hence it causes problems in organization’s atmosphere. Different
countries’ organizations being your partners has different rules as compared to
your organization so being a senior level executive you cannot take direct
action on such practices as you have to follow the law, rules and regulations
of every organization in partnership with you. Unethical practices cause issues
in achieving business goals and objective efficiently as many of the success
factors and goals are based on ethical dilemmas set by your organization. May
be it was not accepted by other reorganizations so you are bound to listen to
all the partner organizations and as well as to all the people involved in this
partnership. Sometimes partners involve other outside parties to enhance its
success and in terms of unethical practices you need to move very carefully
that your reputation may not spoil and as well as issue resolve humbly among
all parties. (Javvadi, 2016)
