Essay on the power Education

        The education is not doubted a high power which empowers people to take the right decision and to influence other people who live in the society. Training is necessary not only for performing a job or other activities but also allow an individual to make changes in the community. In my opinion, the power of education can be utilized in various ways such as enhancing the knowledge of other individuals, providing a creative solution to various complex problems and motivating other individuals. With the power of education, I can make a significant difference in society — education buildup skills which can be used to improve various things [1].

        For instance, with my knowledge and skills, I can better understand the problem in the organization and can provide a solution to the problem which will not only improve the performance or efficiency of the organization but can move the direction of the organization toward success. The education enhances the awareness of an individual and allows it to think from various perspectives before taking a decision. Overall I can say that with the power of knowledge I can contribute more toward society as compared to an individual who does not possess formal education [1].
