Jasser (2017) a brief overview regarding the Automobile industry performance in
Saudi Arabia is provided. In the study the researchers have stated that the
automobile industry of Saudi Arabia is experiencing growth and have huge
potential for future growth regarding its structure conduct. The study has
shown that the automobile industry is good from investment perspective. The
government has implement favorable policies for the automobile industry which
makes it attractive for the investors. The driving force in the industry are
the high purchasing power of the customer and better road infrastructure [3].
However in the study the
researchers have warned the investors about the upcoming inflation rate that
will come in the upcoming years. In the future the other mode of transportation
can increase the level of competition for the automobile industry. Therefore
for investors it is important that they should analyze the future market and
industry trends before making an investment decision in the automobile
industry. The research provide a detail analysis of the automobile industry of
Saudi Arabia and future researchers can use this study for further
investigating the growth potential of automobile sector of Saudi Arabia [3].

product quality and services quality in the automobile industry is provided. In
the study the researchers have asked some key question to know the relationship
between service quality and product quality. In the study the researchers

analysis multi-purpose vehicle (MPV) were taken for analysis. The data of the
study is gathered from 516 car drivers to know about their driving experience.
For collecting the data questionnaire tool is used. In the questionnaire various
questions were asked from the drivers to know about their preferences during
driving [6].

that the low driving quality reduces the driving satisfaction of the drivers.
If the driving quality is higher than the driver satisfaction also increase as
a result. Through providing good quality driving experience to the customers
the automotive companies’ ca boost their sales and have the opportunity to

one can improve the performance and efficiency of the automotive industry. The

customer satisfaction matters a lot and have strong relationship with the
growth and development of the automobile organization. When the automobile
organization experience growth it means that the automobile industry will
experience an increase as well. For collecting the data for the study 198
respondents were selected from Saudi Arabia. The data is collected by using the
questionnaire tool. The questionnaire tool is prepared using the Likert scale [2].
The findings of the studies shows
that the values such as conditional values and epistemic values have significant
impact on the customer satisfaction. On the other hand the study indicates that
social values have negative impact on the customer satisfaction. The customer
satisfaction no doubt have huge importance for the sales and profitability of
the organization. . The study has huge scope because of its detail analysis and
recommendations. Moreover the industrialists can use this research for
enhancing the performance of their sections and taking benefits from the
opportunities that are arising in the country. The future researchers have the
opportunity to utilize this research for further investigation [2].

to their customers [2].
