I don’t feel stress too much
because I stop to think about something that makes me stressed before I feel
it. If I get stressed, go to take a nap or eat something great. When I am on my
work sometimes I do feel stress when the amount of tasks or work activities
increases. Too much amount of work has effect on mind & body. I manage the
stress through spending quality time with my family members. When I share
things with my family and friends I feel relaxed and my level of stress
decreases. Over the years I have figure out the way regarding how stress can be
managed efficiently.
It would be wrong if I say that I
have never witness stress because at some point of your life you feel stress
when the situations changes and you unable to understand what is going on and
how would you going to manage the situation. I have witnessed that I take a lot
of rest when I feel stressed out or go out eating in a fancy restaurant.
Overall I have learned the way of managing stress which is helping me in my
career or ordinary life.
