Dilemma

In this article, there is the ethical dilemma of company worker. I worked in a small organization of ten people and within this smaller team of 4 people. One of the employees do not work in the organization she only works here for 7.5 hours daily in these hours she doesn’t have to take the breaks. But this is the unethical behavior of her that in that short time she takes a lunch break and not do the office work. The other worker handles her work. Her behavior with other employees is not good. The higher authority is so much busy that they didn’t even notice about this ethical dilemma.

Facts & information of ethical dilemma of company worker.

It is clear from this article that she gets benefits of her rights. She is not actually working from the home day. On social media, by evidence, this is supported that she posts brazenly, and from her verbal confirmation. On the other hand, she is always complaining regarding their projects. With minimum efforts she done her job she takes no pain of her job, she always supposed to blame the other factors or client behavior. This will not affect my project, but this is the unethical approach in the job, so I want to complain about that employee to the H.R department. Many time I told her the way she works in the office is not good. She gets paid for her work, but she is not doing the work properly. To reflect on there is another thing: maybe you are furious because of her position, and there is some insecurity in you that she can do the things which you can’t as well as may be to envy her position. And to act envy is not legislation to act.

Stakeholders of ethical dilemma of company worker.

In this article, the stakeholders are the supervisor of the company or managers. The dilemma is explained or raised by another employee of the company. According to the evidence and facts firstly, the supervisor should take notice of this unethical dilemma. Supervisor lean to allow the sleeping dogs to lie. By years they seem worn of working with a complex employee as well as always ignore the poor attitude. In balancing our personal and professional life we all granted leniency, but I don’t have the permission. So the stakeholder is the supervisor or manager of the company.

Impact of stakeholders of ethical dilemma

In this article, we have to describe the impact of this dilemma to the stakeholders. On the other employees of the company, this gives a bad impact. As she is not working in the company and the other employees take this negative and also adopt some bad things from her. There should be some alternative to this. Because this lowers the morale of the other members. The first alternative is that some of the stakeholder report against that lady that she creates trouble for other employees and don’t perform her duty properly and create a problem for other than the management take action against her. The other alternative is that anyone from the stakeholder tells her that she’s doing wrong and ethically this is wrong.

Recommendation of ethical dilemma

It is recommended that the H.R department should take notice on this they should hire the responsible and hard work people (Appiah, 2019).
