It is concluded that
administrated law is used to control the powers and legal issues handled by
judiciary. Judicial laws make judiciary supreme and hold the executive powers.
Judiciary uses these executive powers and controls the enforcement of law. It
is determined that public bodies have powers and decisions make heart the
rights of common people. Political and government bodies use these powers for
welfare of humanity. Judiciary makes the decisions and reviews their decision
to make fair judgment. Judiciary and government make the decisions that have
strong affect on people life. All the authorities are bounded by the laws and
remain working under the constitution. It is concluded that parliamentary
sovereignty makes it supreme over all institutions in a state. Government makes
the rules for the protection of rights and to save them any unlawful activity.
Freedom of expression provides the liberty for assembly and protest but do not
permit to strike against the government bodies.
