You should not entertain a negative response by mentioning his attitude. He is very aggressive anyway. Please find alternative and positive way to answer him.

“We appreciate your passion and interest in the taking admission in this college. The selection committee was quite satisfied with your work in technical application and technical interview. The interview marks are collective marks of your physical appearance, attitude, quickness and accuracy in the response. You earned maximum marks in other sections but the aggressive attitude reduced your marks. Your application has been rejected by selection committee because they have found you so much energetic in few of matters and you have confrontational personality which is not following in the criteria of this admission.

For the next time, we welcome you and appreciate your passion but you must improve the courtesy in attitude.
