After reading the details provided by the students about
their previous experiences, the motivation for the career, educational level,
skills and areas of interest I just concluded that I would give preference to
the Sarah on the other candidates because of certain reasons. At the first, she
is more experienced in comparison to others in the software engineering. Selecting
a new fresh one or less experienced person cannot show that the level of output
that can be ensured by selecting an experienced person. Through selecting Sarah
college can utilize her abilities as she will learn better because of her
previous knowledge in the relevant fields. However, other than that her
confidence and skills (as she is familiar with the python, SQL and project
management) are the main reasons behind the selection. Sara is best candidate for this job because she has experiences related
to this job it doesn’t matter its school for beginners but it have require well
qualify staff to running the smooth business. Its starting in this month would
be better but it doesn’t matter to start another month.
After selecting her I would write rejection e-mails to the
students who are not admitted in such a way that encourages them to apply for
the next time also. I would write that
“Because of limited seats available in our College we are
unable to give you the opportunity to join our classes in this session. Our
next session will start in January 2019, we highly recommend you to apply in
the next session. However, meanwhile, in case, we will find any opportunity we
will contact you”.
