The SANDY house working philosophy is based on the generated
models by Maria Montessori in 1800s. The concept of SANDY house is to
facilitate the parents and to do care of children after their school time. The
work is designed so efficiently that it promotes peace and provides learning
approach children. The primary influence of services is on the lifestyle and
learning abilities of students. The philosophy inspires parents to keep the
children at safe place after the school. At the time of appointment, SANDY
house provides the staff members with the book of rules and regulation of the
workplace (Huffingtonpost. com, 2017).

with the age of Final reflection paper
I have been providing my services at SANDY house since last
few years, during the time I have been working with children of 8 and 9 years.
The children are of second and third grade. SANDY house is a place that
provides facilities to the parents to keep the children in a safe place. The
SANDY house is a place specially designed for the children (Huffingtonpost. com, 2017).
The school bus drop children at SANDY house. After finishing
the school at 4 o’clock children are dropped by bus at SANDY house until 5:30
PM. After the time parents are liable to pick their children back to home. I
prefer to work at SANDY house because it improves my patience, learning skills,
physical stamina, decision making skills, interpersonal skills and instructional
skills.

Taking care of children at SANDY house improves my skills
and the agency provides quality services. I like to work because of flexible
working hours and appropriate job to learn more about children and childcare as
profession (Huffingtonpost. com, 2017). Besides all the
factors, the SANDY house provides gym facilities and differed types of games
such as basketball and table ball for the staff and children of SANDY house.
The other facilities are also attractive for me such as game room, music
classes, craft table, and pool in the summer (Huffingtonpost. com, 2017).

procedures of Final reflection paper
The policies and procedure of the house are listed below,
The children dropped at SANDY house by the school bus are
not permitted to leave the house without their parents or guardians.
The abusive language and gestures are strictly forbidden.
The location of each children must be monitored by the
management to know where the children are playing.
After eating food and snakes children are directed to clean
their areas and napkins. The eatables are strictly prohibited in the gym and
pool area.
The children of all ages are restricted to go in
recreational area and storage room of SANDY house.
Children are not allowed to use any mobile phone, walkie
talkie and tablets.
The use of electronic devices is strictly not permitted in
any conditions.
The staff is not allowed to horse paly with children such as
picking them up, raising them or swinging them in arms.
Professional growth of Final reflection paper
The professional development at SANDY house is associated
with the new skills experience and knowledge to deal with people. The working
experience at SANDY house causes personal development and advancement in the
career. I have learned to manage the things and problems that is necessary for
the professional development.
Understanding of
assessment in the ages
The child care industry in our country is emerging and
provides diverse opportunities to learn more as center manager. Working with
such agencies improves the employment prospects. The work experience improves
the professional development and enables to work properly and to perform the
duties properly.
Reflection of goals
The goals of SANDY house are to provide healthy, safe and
attractive environment to children of different ages. SANDY house arranges
classrooms and gym to stimulate the learning skills of children. The facility
of gym provides support for the small and large muscle development.

The guidelines for the work and volunteer objectives were
provided by SANDY house at the time of my appointment. The guidelines helps the
staff members of SANDY house in supervising the children.

The present paper is reflection paper for the work and
defines the philosophy of working with
children of age 8 and 9 year in the house, the agency, all the policies and
procedures designed by owners, the professional growth, understanding of
assessment in different children at the different ages in the workplace, and
reflection on goals that motivates to work at SANDY house from the initial
agreement for placement.
