Essay on Ethics and Life

        I have learned various ethical learnings from my semester listening to the given presentation. I would like to apply these ethical lessons to my professional life by following the ethical rules and keep myself ethical to everyone. If any kind of change will take place then I’ll try my best to handle it effectively and efficiently keeping ethics into my mind. I will keep on learning always. I will keep myself active and current to my academic and professional requirements. I'll face all the ethical challenges and try my best to apply the ethics that I have learned throughout the semester. After listening to the ethical stories, I have the plan to keep benefitting myself to the ethics and apply all the ethic limitations on myself. I’ll have the ethical learnings as a precaution and keep myself ethical avoid any kind of uncertainty.

        After listening to the ethical stories throughout the semester, I have decided that if I’m an employee then I’ll make sure to meet my ethical duty by my employers and vice versa. I’ll keep on practicing the ethical behavior to everyone and even to myself. I’ll apply the rules of ethics on everyone and every field or sector of the life. The ethical stories learned in the class have taught me to keep the balance between the technology and humility on the base of ethics. I will try my best to keep a balance between social as well as market justice in the context of ethics.

        I have learned that every phase of life should have some different ethical principles as well for effective academic and professional life. Judgment between different people can be corrected by taking care of the issues with ethics to make the right decisions. Some codes of ethics should be developed between each and every stages of life. Different dilemmas have to be faced by the caretakers and the workers of every sector of society related to making decisions in an ethical way. The ethical dilemma is one of the major types of a dilemma. The caretakers, as well as providers of different sectors, have to encounter the ethical dilemma in this context. Following are the ways to encounter the ethical dilemma:

 Own value management

 Implementation of ethics of social work

 Risk assessment as well as accountability

    In the semester, I have learned about the code of conduct has developed by many organizations to set out personal and behavior expectations. Code of Conduct has to be signed by each staff member that is a contract part at the companies that keep ethical activities into consideration. Ultimately, the ethical activities are related to everyone. All the people are obliged by the code of conduct as an ethical consideration to each other in a good manner with respect and courtesy and any kind of harassment is strictly forbidden under ethical activities.
