(Analyze your 2 Strengths and 2 Weaknesses)
The
CRI Model is based on the Business Skill assessment; however, through the
analysis of my Business skills, it is known that I have effective communication
style because I can help others to solve their problems through the effective
communication.
My
student's life,
I have attended the various classes, but
I have to admit that, my first Class of Business Communication that is quite different from
the other classes. The primary focus of
my class is on Business Skills. At the
staring of this CRI module, as normal I used to leave my life by the few skills
which are have learned from my parents such as the Business Skills along with the Team
Working Skills but is not enough to work
whomever
Business
Skill improved my abilities, skills, knowledge according to the international
business where I feel that I have learned the worked in my personal works .Before
to start this course; I have no knowledge of the international business along
with the various elements that are involved.
The skill
that I learned in this course has accomplished
the goal about the CRI Assessments in my mind that can return into the great
business success in the market. The table
communicating supportively tells me about the different aspects that are there
when one communicates.

Communication supportively
In the aspect of communicating
supportively, I have scored 65 points; it
means I have to get average or normal results in this aspect. Moreover, it could be noticed that I am good
at coaching/counseling as well as communicating supportively.
Relating to the book by Barker (2012), it could be noticed
communicating supportively means that a person is good in helping out others. I
am good at coaching because I helped the group members in an effective way, I had analyzed this when my co-students were
facing the issues, and I communicated
with them effectively that how they could resolve the issues.
In the case of effective communication
style part two, it could be considered that my communication style is probing,
advising and reflecting. In earlier CRI,
I have analyzed that there are various negative aspects of my personality, I
think negative people, but I am controlling myself on that aspect.
I was always been conscious of my
communication with the fellows and by understanding the course I polish my
communication skills. Thus, considering the communicating supportively, it is
analyzed that my negative feedback is average. I have negative feedback, which
means I need to improve it and need to focus on communication style.
Critical thinking of organization
In
this course, I have learned the Critical thinking skill that is the key
to the organization to move them forward. In the last few weeks, I have a great
experience with the learning on the
various aspect of the Critical thinking skill.
There is a number of the skills that are
needed for the sake of the management as compared
to the magical formula.
In the business Skill course the midterm is about the
CRI (Conley Readiness Inventory) and now in this, I learnt about the critical thinking
that is essential for the optimizing of the business models. This create the
overall better decision, when communicating with the clients.
A strategy of the critical thinking in the business
skill helps the various problems in exams which the students for the skills of the
critical thinking. Critical thinking identify the area of the course, which is
suitable, as well as highlight to expand some issue related to the CRI.
A few months back I with one of my friends decided to
start a business, of an online e-commerce website. For starting this site we have to made a lot
of research of business are a lot
of critical thinking was involve that
enhances our skills of critical thinking.
Learning
Preferences of critical thinking skills
My reflection
is on the critical thinking skills, preference of the learning, reading and annotating.
The reflection is on your own learning that is the part of the course, what I
have learnt from the course, and improve the quantity along with the quality,
which we learn in this course.
I have a great
experience with the learning on the
various aspect of the business Skill. There is
a number of the skills that are needed for the sake of the management as compared to the magical formula. Throughout the
learning process in this course I also come to know about my preferences in the
study and this would also help me in my academic career.
It is noticed
that I can communicate effectively because I can help others in difficult
situations because I have various other traits like innovation and learning
with the effective communication that can
support my personality.
Where the Core of the business skill, preferences play an important role in the module to explore
that great number of the quality tools, which help in the look at the core
skill of the business course as well as to identify the areas that we improved
Problem-Solving of communication
My strong area is management, where I have been
assigned by analyzing, collecting, as
well as evaluating the management
research according to the business skills. As mention above I and my other
friend face the problem in communication, how we conduct this study and have no experience of the research,
lack of critical analysis in the research
process.
In this course of the business Skill, there are four
quizzes, assignments, group projects, speech, as well as the oral presentation; now I was chosen the project to work in the
group of five members to build the business plan regarding the business skills.
Moreover, I wanted to do work in a team of my close friends, where the
administration is allocated the team of the five students randomly.
Luckily, I have already a close friendship with one the friend in the group, where I knew
that same group was working with me. As the Contemporary business skill
students, I understand the all capability of the team members, and the
collective abilities of an individual within.
When all the team members are confirmed, and the topic
is confirmed, I called everyone for a meeting
to discuss the role and responsibilities, and know about each other. In my
views, work in a friendly environment is
easier, and we solve the entire problem related to our projects in conformable environments.
Listening
and Taking Notes in Class and Reading to Learn (Communication)
This
course is very interesting, because in this course my listening power
excellent. Reading to learn is very essay for me in this course because of the
quality of teaching. My believed is that, the reading is the one of the most
important aspect of education. For the successful education, the first step is
reading to learn.
In
this class, the notes taking is the necessary tools to have as well as it is
used when it comes to studying. In this course for, quiz or test used these notes,
because sometime I am on leave I have no lecture notes then I buy all the notes
related to my course. Sometimes some student did recognize the point or concept
that is deliver in the lecture, because they has some confusion in the listening.
It
is beneficial for the student to takes the notes for the learning of the exams.
I had a time to enjoying the reading as well as learning form the class beyond
the course lecture that is put in front of me. Personally specking I get more
pleasure form the reading then learning.
Overall,
I am very passionate about the CRI in midterm of the reading to learn and also
had practice listening and take notes in the class. I am passionate because of
I enjoyed the reading at my personal level, because I understand this course
very well.
Online
Learning of Business Skill
In
the online learning process we did not missed any point as if the time of the
quiz with date is also mention on the course websites. If we want any
information regarding to Business Skill course, we check our website. After
doing this course I can say that, now I am better in online learning
techniques.
I
have planned the course, means with the syllabus, quizzes, assignment, projects,
rubric, and core reading, and is posted in the course websites. If the online
learning of the course is available, it is the biggest advantages for the students.
Because students can creates the most flexibility of the online curse of the
work.
In
this course the CRI is include in the Mid-section we can check this time and date,
when the quiz and the exam is come. This course has the series about the online learning that
introduce the basic skill along with the various tools, which is required for the
online study.
Throughout
my course, I have polish my online learning skills because I have taken the
quizzes online. The assignments was submitted online and the results were also
shown on the internet that enhances my online learning skills.
Midterm Reflection of Business Skill
My current level in
midterm reflection is quit competitive. I began from zero and today I have
enough knowledge of my course and I can solve difficult problems using my
management skills, I have improved level of my course work and I can better
understand my course work. I can see great deal of difference in my writing and
this solely because of different types of writing tasks we had till midterm.
My experience though out
the term made me able to answer every question efficiently and my skills have
been polished. Midterm plays a great role in interpreting the current level of
learning and enhances to evaluate my skills in this particular
proficiency.
Before starting the class
I was not familiar with most of the things and now I have evolved over time. I
learned the five C’s, outline, about biased language, communication at global
level and much more.
In order to polish my
skills and improve my competency I visited different centers, performed tasks
based on analysis and management, prepared drafts, I have given my class
quizzes, did my assignments and presentations and along with that I did pretty
good job in midterm and the different tests and tasks polished my skills and I
proceeded towards more knowledge and betterment.
Stress Management & Time Management of Business Skill
From the
study in Business along with personal experience that I understand, the major
problem for the cooperation as well as the major problem is the human relation
to managing in the workplace. This
reflection is examined the stress
management, in my personal views that reflect
the topics, which we learn regarding responsibilities that we assigned in this project's task.
Then in this course the CRI of the business Skills,
reflection used the knowledge along with meth experience that we gained in this
course of the business skills .Form the management of this group, I understand
one thing, and the student is made for
his personal skills. The student is also human
beings; the best method of managing the human relationship is to use not
the student's skills but also bring diversity.
Advising and reflecting are important
factors in my personality, as it is analyzed through the evaluation that I am
helping people as well as the co-workers so that they can improve themselves
and so that they could understand their issues.
My communication style is much
effective as I can convince others and advice other than what steps they can
take in order to get the advantages in the future. It is analyzed that I am
focused on the neutral cultures, as my communication style is effective; in
communication, I am focused on the reflective responses as well as the advising
responses. In addition, time management
also creates some issue in our
co-ordinations, because we are in a group,
and everyone has their own duties.
Workplace
Communication of Business Skill
In this course, this is the first
module, which lays down a foundation of the entire course. Through the
communication assessment instrument, it could be noticed that there is the need
of improvement in my current behavior, as I lack
in several communication aspects, I can improve myself through the focus on
negative communication or assessment factors.
In the business Skill course; there
are the core element like the business plan, financial plan, and management
plan between the others that we implemented to lead the enterprises of success.
This class has empowered me by the great understanding as well as the knowledge
that I should determine to implements as the entrepreneur of the success of the
business.
In every field, or in every business
success does not come in the Silver platter, but to obtain the success in every field of
study, it has to plan along with to take
the appropriate step for the implementation.
By doing this
course, I came to know about the key principles of workplace communication. I
also learn that the workplace communication is different from the other
communication in various aspects. I have polished my l workplace communication,
by doing 4 weeks internship in a small business.
Understanding
Diversity & Ethics of Business Skill
There
are some diversity course, which provide students by the environment that they
learn regarding to topic, in the safe which is challenges by providing the key.
Course of the diversity is also focused on the language uses, the equipping the
students by the better understanding for the appropriate use of language. I
always find myself as an ethical person but still I have learnt a lot from the
course.
This
course is not intended to address the various issues that is pertaining to the
individual group for the section in the society. However, this course is focused
on the how people behave in different methods. By the proper skills the training
provide to the officers that is necessary to deal more effectively.
I
am helping people by advising and reflecting as well as the co-workers so that
they can improve themselves and they could understand their issues are the
analyzed evaluations which are the important factors in my personality.
I
have learnt from the course, how to effectively and ethically deals with
people. This course improved my understanding of the diversity and I am sure
that this skill would help me in my personal and professional life.
Work Etiquette
The personal experience I understand from the Business’
course is that the etiquette to managing in the workplace is the major problem
for the corporation. I can learn regarding responsibilities that we assigned in
the task of this project that the stress management examined from this
reflection.
In addition, because we are in a group, and everyone
has their own duties, the time management also added to create some issues in
our co-ordinations. Then, the reflection will used the knowledge along with
meth experience that we gained in this CRI business skills’ course. I also
understand one thing from the management of this group that the student is made
for his personal skills.
I can convince others and advice other to decide what
steps they can take in order to get the advantages in the future is my communication
style. I am focused on the reflective responses as well as the advising
response since my communication style is effective and I also analyzed that I
am focused on the neutral cultures.
The best method of managing the human relationship is
not use the skills of students, but also bring diversity since the student is
also human beings. I have built work etiquette skills from the course.
Self-management Skills at Work
Self-management
skills at work are highly needed and it allows me to be on my boss without
anyone telling me what to do and when to do. It involves me being my own boss,
become more composed and determined for things I am going to at work place, be
more authentic, perfect and always on time. After taking the course, I will
call myself quite composed and I have skill to manage my tasks and get it done
on time. Now I have excellence over what to do and when to do and get it down
with my own hands or at least in front of my own eyes, I will not be wrong to
say that I am almost never wrong now.
My
experience groomed my skills and developed them and I managed to learn new
things such as team work, cooperation, patience, get bigger tasks done at
minimum time and many things more.
I
feel independent, my own boss, I am barely in any pressure as I am punctual and
get my work done on time without any delay or without depending upon anyone.
The course work taught me how to be more competent and composed with work, it
requires dedication yet hard work.
In
order to develop my skills and be more professional and great learner I did
online tasks which with loads of work in limited time. And it made me develop
my skills so I finished most of my work in limited time provided with no
pressure.
Understanding Growth Mindset and
Wellness of (Color rendering index)
Reflection is connection among the idea
of the growth along with the mindset that bring the education by the work. For
the improvement of the practice in the different step, in a right direction is
bring by the growth of mindset and wellness.
Develop the growth of mindset, which
improve the more quickly and it, become more motivated to achieve the goals.
Like in this course our growth of mindset is that, we achieved the goal of the
CRI in the mid. In this course, some factor contributes to my overall wellness
that are my family along with my friends.
In my free time, I will create for myself,
the exercise along with my spiritually. These factors, which interface my
complete wellness that would be the lack of eth motivation in the different
methods. I think all of the methods that I have learn were very effective and
they help me a lot in building a good mindset.
After doing the course I realize the importance
of the healthy mindset and wellness. To achieve better mindset I start doing
meditation and spend some time in nature that helps me a lot to have a growth
mindset and wellness.

Counseling
responses are also helping others and
own-self to improve; there are also
interpersonal responses so that problem solving could be effectively concerned.
Through communication style assessment, it is noticed that my personality is
supportive in listening.
Communicating
supportively tell that I have managerial competence as I can help others and I
have effective communication style, however, still, there is the need to focus
on some aspects in order to get the effectiveness.
In
this course, I got a lot of benefits to form the CRI model, and it changed my life, now I see my life in a professional way along with the best method
to find out the objectives that are set
on our life. All of the courses learnt are proved very effective for building
my personal and professional attributes in the related fields.
Now I learned
the new Skill that set the CRI goals in my life, in addition to I would like to try to obtain them all. Those people
who have a goal, they mostly succeed in achieve this because they know that where they
are going.
