Through
the analysis of my personal skills as an account manager, it is known that I am
effectively managing my skills because I have attained maximum score in the
relevant field related to my job descriptions. I have good skills for managing
these job descriptions. Firstly I will discuss the capably and skills level for
maximizing the results for managing an account plan. The skills at this level
provide 49 % ability to managing the account plans in which includes.
No doubt it can be consider as the comfortable
level of skills for achieving the account plans. But it is possible to missing
the opportunity of exceeding the sales targets for improving the revenue. It’s
not good to depending in the luck despite to doing the struggles for achieving
the tasks. I think it not good to leaving all things on system based approaches
by expecting everything goes consequently. I have good ability and good
coaching suggestions for maximizing the result of the account plant [1].
By
doing the critical analysis of my personal skills at the post of the account
management I have observed for the sales carrier the motivation in advance can
increase the diversity of the product which is offering in the previous
accounts. I have also observed the
management must be pay concentration for finding the paths or ways by which
they can generate more profit and the organization can be run toward increasing
the productivity. I have achieved 51% goals for this phase which is much better
than the initial phase. I have efficient skills to driven the current sales
level. I have lot capabilities toward building the sales for generating the
good growth in sales. This process is also includes in the account
penetrations. According to the well define rules and regulations of the
motivation; I will motivate in advance for the carrier of sales by enhancing
the diversity of the products which is offered to existing plan [2].
My
skills analysis has been analyzed the work system for the customer at very low
level. In which includes percentage of 10 %. It is least skills in my way of
management. I can easily do work in a groups by showing my skills. For
achieving the better results I can work with other by taking help of them. I
have required alliances and close relationships for doing these all things. I
have quickly corporate for achieving this task in good percentage.
The
skills of achieving this target is always support to the joint venture and
share the recognition for getting the good results. I have good ability to
getting befits from the group by planning and participating with them for
problem solving. I have skills and abilities of the leader while working with
group and m, good leader for my team member. I also provide the suggestion top
my team members for achieving this tsk [3].
The
most important point for increasing the sale is to education the customer by
arraigning structured training. To providing the awareness to the customers about
product is very good source for creating more benefits and this awareness about
the products and services can be provided the more profits. I have efficient
skills to education the customers about the product and services. For this
purpose the training sessions are revised for including the new material which
is mostly used by the customers. To teaching about the products which are
consider as mostly usable products is very necessary and I always do this for
generating more profit and enhancing the sales. I have implement the all ideas and
competencies which are mostly require for maximizing the profits and it’s also
includes the benefits which customer will gain by the products. My skills have
56% achievement level for educating the customers through structure training [4].
Feedback
is the most important part of the sales and marketing because this is the way
by which we can go through the needs, wants, demands and desires of the
customers. By knowing about the desires of the customers about the product the
specification of the product can be change according to their demands. I have
90% skills and ability for knowing about the feedback of the customers related
to the product.
I
have also abilities of making sure the future of the business removing and
anticipating the different sources of dissatisfaction. Meanwhile for this
purpose I will call to the customers on regular basis. I will ask to the
customers for providing the feedback and comments about the products by using
several resource I can analyze the customers objective and their responses for
maximizing their satisfaction. It is necessary to listening the customer
feedback and taking their suggestions for the improvement in the product
judgment. It’s not good to depending in the luck despite to doing the struggles
for achieving the tasks. I think it not good to leaving all things on system
based approaches by expecting everything goes consequently.
