What are 2 things that I did that I liked?

I liked two thing which I have did for this project from which the first one is; I have designed the software for the programming of the project with the help of many sub coordinators. I have selected s projects manager of the Amanda of software development. I was also selected as supervisor and architect for programmer’s team. I liked a lot to working with Florida for the project of Amanda. I liked a project which I have developed for the government because I have developed it by trying hard work of nights. I thought this heavy cost project can be the cause of the good reputation and I have done lot of work for this project. The most important thing is to designing this project within the deadline.

What are 2 things that I would do differently next time?

During the development of this project, I was really frustrated by the Eldon because there is series of the difference incident between Eldon and me. I was really tired by him because he has always tried to disturb me some time he tried to harass me by showing the delaine of the project he has tried to disturb me by discovering the few statements. But I will try to next time generate and develop the programs which would be the same likely to the requirement of the project. I will try to ignore the any type of the discrepancy of the project. I will proved this statements next time which is “change would make the software state-of-the-art and more efficient by a significant factor”     

What are two things that worked well for your counterpart?

The first things which would be work well for my counterpart that is the statement of Johnston which he delivered to the Eldon by appreciating the work for this project he have said to the Eldon “you must feel prod for the work which your team have done and you have to completed it”. This statement had played a role of counterpart for me because I am so happy but knowing about this counterpart which shows I have done good work. The other counterpart for me is I am highly skilled in my field of the systems of the architect and I know I can get another job easily. But the reputation with project walking off is not good for any project, for this purpose it’s necessary to take approval from the government.

What are two things that you would tell your counterpart to do differently next time?

I will be told to my counterpart two things which I have done differently next time that is the permission to taking changes in the projects according to the specifications, as well as taking good deadline according to the project. I will appreciate to my teams for working on weekends and I will be ready for delivering state-of-the-art systems by ignoring the problems of the Eldon.
