Traffic Control of Site
When analyzing and selecting a site
for construction, it important to evaluate the traffic controls systems nearby
the site. Heavy traffic can cause different issues that may bring negative
effects in the future. Analyzing the traffic control system before selecting
the site is important because through this we can ensure location security.
Areas where traffic control system is not in better condition has more chances
of accidents and crashes of vehicles. Heavy traffic and high speed vehicles are
quite common on the large main roads. If the site is near main roads then
traffic control systems should be appropriate. On main roads we cannot
compromise on poor traffic control systems. Therefore while deciding about the
site traffic control system should be analyzed and taken into considerations.
Room for Parking of Site
Appropriate parking area is
compulsory for a better residential or commercial site. While selecting a site
for the residential or commercial use we should check that whether the parking
area available for site is sufficient in accordance with our requirements. The
parking area should be enough large that could provide parking room to at least
80% of the all concerning people. For instance if the site will be used for office
purpose then at least 80% of the staff should have parking facility. Through
selecting site with appropriate room for parking we can create differentiation
in the market.
Environmental Impacts of Site
While selecting a site evaluation
of the environmental impact should be also considered as important aspect. The
site should be free from the negative environmental impact that can cause
safety issues in the future. The site near the main roads, factories, and
commercial area can cause effects related to the air pollution and noise
pollution in the site that are not desired at all. Study of the environmental
impact also support in selecting the site safe from the effects of natural
disasters and climate change. For instance, a site at appropriate distance from
the river side will have less chances of destruction caused by flood or water
overflow.
