Chosen UBER system

For this assignment, I have chosen the UBER system that is operated in Saudi Arabia. This company is involved in providing cab services to its customers.

Reason of chosen the UBER system

I have chosen that system because it is new in the market. The next reason is that they have a unique system for management. They are operated in every city of the country. For each country, they have a perfect system. This company is giving the best advantages to their drivers and also the customers. Through using this cab service, the customers are able to transfer from one position to another comfortably in less time and also with a suitable rate. Another reason for choosing this company is that this company is operated with the best management system. They have a proper system for each driver on the map. The system that gives priority to those drivers that have less number of rides a day. The last reason for this system is that they are giving a lot of new services that are more important than the cap that are Uber Eats, Uber Freight, Uber for business and for health. 

The goal of the the UBER system

The main goal of this company is lower the need for car ownership for the individual. This company also wanted the people in motion and also lowered the overcrowding in the cities. They also wanted to increase the opportunity for the people to be in motion all the time.

Expected success elements of the UBER system

There is some element for their expected success. They are the first mover in the market, and that is the best element for their expected success. The element is that they have a perfect system for managing their services in the whole country. That system is also controlling all of their services that are operated. They have designed an application for the customers and also for their drivers so that the driver is able to contact with the customers and the company management easily. The next element is that their policies are extremely reliable for the customers and the drivers.

Obstacles and difficulties of the UBER system

There are some hurdles for this company in its operations. They are not working on making their application more user-friendly for the customers and also for the drivers. There is also some fear for their drivers that are operating. This is because the application doesn’t show any criminal data of the customers. Many drivers are not sincere with their services, and due to this, they are losing the trust of the customers.

Audience of the UBER system

The main user for these services are the local people that wanted to go from one place to another in less time. The next users are those who wanted to eat something from any restaurant in their city. The next user is that wanted any medical health without an ambulance. Some companies wanted to move their goods from one place to another with a suitable rate and also urgent.  There are some users that wanted to use Uber for their business.

There are some sponsors of Uber Company that include NCAA Foods, the next sponsor are South by Southwest and the last sponsors are the love island. They have signed up with the Uber Eaters.

Plan of general operations of the UBER system

The company has a perfect plan of controlling all the operation of the company with perfection. They have a perfect plan for dealing with the customers through live customer care center. They have a perfect system that is controlling different services of the company. The company is also managing both the customers and the driver through that management system. The drivers of the company are aware of everything about the company. This company also has a plan for dealing with the new employees by checking their car and general information of the drivers.

Marketing plan for the Uber

The market plan for this company is unique. This is because their market segmentation is ideal. This company has designed it according to the demographic and geographical factors of the company. This company has designed an ideal plan according to the income and occupation of the customers that are the main stakeholders of the company. The target market strategy is unique that is used by the uber. The difference is that this company offers the ideal cost to the customers for riding. When this company is compared with other companies, this company gets the best advantage over the other transport companies.

Requirements for procedures for handling uber

Payment fee: the Uber is using 25% of the pay on all the fares. This payment covers the use of Uber software, the collection of fares, and some commission on the credit card.

Procedure for their license

The driver just has to upload his banking details so that there will be no difficulty in transferring the payments. Monday is selected as the payment day, and that cycle runs from Monday 4AM to Monday 3:59 AM. All the payments received on the evening of Thursday.

For the payment statement, there is some information that includes, cash and card trips information, some information about miscellaneous payments and trip adjustments.

 In the uber system analysis, there is a proper input layer that contains three basic elements. The first element is the user interference that provides proper information about the user. The code will be implemented according to the requirement of the map and the user. Then after analyzing the map and the driver it generates a natural language message.

Process of the UBER system

For the process, there are two layers. The first one is the domain layer, and the next one is the rule layer. In the domain layer, the ride policies are generated for the user so that it becomes easy for the user to ride. In the rule layer, the ride policy and the natural language message are merged in a proper way in the form of expression.

Output of the UBER system

The output is generated in the execution layer, in this, there is proper information about the static evaluation and lazy evaluation, and according to that, it will generate a request time for the user (Demaine, 2016).

Work polices, privacy policies and intellectual property of Uber

This company always ensure the safety of the riders and that is the best working policy of Uber. The next part is that they ensure high quality transportation options. The uber company ensure that the rider data will stay private always. Any rider or driver that is involved in creating violation may be eliminated from the Uber platform (Uber, 2019).
