As the Disney Company is well-known
entertainment company in the world so the technical and other working teams are
more efficient than any other company. There are different stages which involve
in making an animated movie. These steps are the refining idea, dialogue
writing, temporary music, and story reels. These all assignments done by
different teams consist of seven and more people. The director of Disney system
realized that if the team has a large number of participants the individual
contribution in work and technicality may disappear. He also realized that

including a team leader. This was the reason behind the Disney keep its teams
small to attain the individual participant. The strategy improved the

The autonomous means to govern its own
self or having the freedom to control own work. The engineering and technical
teams of Disney organization were not enormous. This was difficult to ask the

technical teams should be autonomous and do their technical changing without
asking anyone. There are many pros and cons if the team being autonomous. The
positive aspect of any autonomous team is all the team members full time or
permanently dedicated and collocated. The team leader is typically competitive
and senior so the team can follow its instructions freely. The project manager
or leader has full control over resources and another item of use in the work. The
authority took an eye on the autonomous team and its control and strategies and
gives the evaluation and rewards. But the autonomous teams have some negative
things like these type of teams have their own policies of doing work. And to
run those teams can be difficult to run with the organization. These were some

The Disney technical teams are the
world best teams in technicality and I created. The Oscar-winning director Brad
Brid stated that everyone or every team have some strength and weaknesses we
also have some but if collectively the strength of the Disney team makes them
greatest or best animator on earth. So in the sense of technicality the Disney
team seems to be most professional team on the earth but if we talk about these
creative teams are equally compatible in other industries so these teams are
not suitable for the other workplaces because everyone has its own special area
in which he seems to be a master and he knows each and every perspective or
think about the perspective. The Disney team is famous and well-known about its
creativity but in other industries, they may be able to perform as well as they
perform in their particular area.
