The tort of
negligence means that an individual have suffered loss or harm because another
individual did not take proper care. It means that due to the negligence of the
person the other person face significant loss. Mainly the loss is occurred
between such parties who does not have any contract between them. The key
elements of negligence are:

deceiving another individual for personal or financial gain. Trespassing means
entering into the property of a person without permission and assault means
physical attacking on another individual.

The tort law
have changed over the years and many amendments have been made by keeping
different scenarios in mind. The word tort first used in the year 1580s. In the
medieval period several changes in the tort law occur. After that tort law has
experienced English and United States Influence. Modern tort become influenced
by insurance law.
