came to taking work from new employees. In order to realize just what type of

well-managed strategies and decisions are very important. Either they can
produce best outcomes or none at all. In order to ensure that such issues are
properly dealt with, the company adopted the SMART decision criteria which had
a specific limit of time as well. Such criterion was chosen because it saved
both time and costs. If not then employees would have continued to waste the

decided to form an online campaign that focused on raising the awareness of
fresh graduates just how important is it to have some experience and knowledge

students, workshops were opened and then came the most important and main
player that would contribute to the awareness of students about their work,
negotiation and training plans with the help of universities.
With
the help of universities, there would be training programs for entry-level
graduates which will help a lot in increasing the knowledge of students about
the jobs that they are going to get in the future. In the program, prior
attention is paid to the job goals of students and what is it that they have in
their minds about the jobs that they wish to pursue in the future. They are
given training according to their specific goals so that are in walking along
the direction which they have chosen. In the training plan which will be
implemented with the help of institutes, specific goals would be set for every
student who is an entry-level graduate or fresh graduate which that student
will have to achieve in a limited time of only six months. These goals will be
SMART goals which will be the criteria as such goals build various skills of
students such as time-management, strategic, and effective. With the
achievement of every goal, another difficult goal will be set which again have
to be achieved by the students.
With
the help of this training method, students will be gradually advancing towards
their destination of the job that they really need. Actually, job coordination
and its proper importance must be known to work effectively and that is what
students lack in the Glowork. The expected outcomes of this training plan
concern serious behavior at the job, better performance, and effective
management skills. The period of training plan while the studies of students
are going on will contribute in these expected results.
If
there are still issues such as a non-serious behavior or lack of motivation
then programs with senior employees must be designed so that students get to
realize the actual importance of their job and what it means to live without a
job.
