The frequent change in the speed
where the output is required, we used the two speed gearbox. Aim of the report
is to design the 4 speed 2 stage gearbox by using the spur gears where the
transmission is highly efficient, that keep the gear box so economically
feasible. There are so many calculations and the verifications which places to
justify the success of designs. Important function of the gearbox is to
transmit the power which required the output for the element by changing source
of input power. [1]
Design
of Gearbox for the frequent change
in the speed
Power transmitted: -0.340Kw
Minimum output speed: -1100 rpm
Maximum output speed: -3400 rpm
Motor speed (input): -3000rpm
Number of speed steps: -4
Power speed, 2
speed of gearbox by loss optimized direct drive
i: 1-5.5
Geometric
Progression ratio of Gearbox for the frequent change in the speed
Now
the above equation, we obtained 2 stages of gearbox, by each stage of 2 speed
steps.
Arrangement
and calculation of Number of teeth for
the frequent change in the speed
Actual
Number of teeth of gearbox
Z1i=19;
Z10=23; Z2i=23; Z2o=18; Z3i=20; Z3o=29;
Z4i=29; Z4o=20
