The major principal for the importance of the leadership is depending upon the integrity due its honesty and demand of truthfulness.  Now a day’s several companies are going to be failed to running its operations because these organizations are not following the reality principals. The term of Integrity leads towards the truth of the company its doesn’t matter either it’s ugly or bitter. These both terms are following the rules which leads toward the leaders must be follow the rules of the companies according to the ethics and culture of the companies without thinking about either these truths are ugly or good [1].       

This essay discuss about the few issue and needs of the company which are occurs in the company and the CEO of the company is playing central role the democratic leader means this company is following the democratic leadership style as he called meeting on lunch for discussing the problems, situation ideas of the organization. He was encouraging the whole team to taking decision about eth leadership style and for resolving eth problems and issues of this thing shows the is following the democratic leadership styles as he is encouraging the integrity for the leadership. 

Background of Leadership and integrity class

The CEO of the company has called meeting on lunch and there was not a formal meeting basically it’s was invitation of the lunch for the employees of the company, but it’s include little discussion as well as informal meeting for the employees. The few of the leadership theories had been recalled during this meeting as democratic, transactional and change management leadership theory [2].  It has also discussed several theories for the leadership based upon the historical approaches of the leadership as;

At the end of the meeting before leaving the office of the president he threw challenge for the company which was related to expanding his operations over the Latin America and China. This shows the CEO wants to discuss about the leadership which was exploded on cross cultural management for the apparent reason.  This company has required good leadership management for running its operations across the border as in the Latin America and China. This company have required cross cultural management for running its operations across the borders.  

 Issue of the Company of Leadership and integrity class

The company is facing the issues related to its management for expanding its business across the borders and the company has required a good leadership model for fulfilling its operations. The company is facing the lack of the good leadership that’s why the company has required several good leadership theories for resolving these issues.

Analysis of the Issues of Leadership and integrity class

By analyzing these issues  it have founded  the company has required good leadership theory as there are several leadership for resolving such type of the issues. By increasing the operations for the cross borders the level of eth globalization is always limited and it’s all potential is available for its implementation. This issues is occur due to the partial persistent of the ethnocentric nature of the company, by extending its operations cross brooders the company follow the integrative approach of the leadership.

The analysis of the issues stand in the way of the effective cross-borders expansion of the operations, the integrative approach of the leadership is good for leveraging diversity and tapping by building, sharing and spreading the local best practices for global scale.  In the manner the individual leader play the role of eth primary actors for driving its efforts by attracting the relevant stockholders at global scale.  The relevant contextual conditions are discussed to solving these issues of the company. The integrative approach is used in this context; this theory is providing the coherent frame work for understanding and explaining the development which is takes place by the leaders [3].

This approach discusses the contextual conditions which are related to the demands to which the global leaders are encountered to offering the series recommendation to solving the problems of the company.  The company guides their leaders to adopting the integrative approach for the cross border expansion. Furthermore, the set of the challenges are face by the global leaders which are associated with the task of eth environment and it also includes the culture of the country, such as by increasing the level of the fragmentation and complexity for the arrangement of the global work. 

These issues are also related to the social frictions which is resu8lted from the boundary of the spanning activities. The particular demands of the global leader have been highlighted the challenges which can reached from ordinary physical to psychological mobility. By comparing the physical and psychological mobility concerning with the capacity of the individual for adjusting their thinking patterns as well as behaviors at the time of the cross-border transition. The leaders of the companies are adopting the effective responses for the culture of the other countries.  The leaders of the global organization are following the integrative approach for running the all operations of the company [4].  

Another Issue of Leadership and integrity class

The company is also focusing the change management issue for the company, because it has required a several changes in its business and these changes are possible by the management change of the company.

The effective leadership is the basic requirement for the change for introducing and sustaining it successfully. By combining the translation and understanding values, strategy and vision for joining with the inspiration to promoting the approach is required for the sustainable change in the firms. The democratic theory and its approach is using in relation to change management [5]. The other issue of the company is related about the change management. The company is following the democratic leadership theory which is leads toward the leaders consider the suggestion of the all members of the company for taking decision about the change management.

For moving to the grater capacity of the firm it allows the involvement of the employees, the type of the democratic leadership is promoted an open and the cooperative form of the leadership that seeks to facilitating the conversations in the firm by the promotions of sharing the ideas through the levels of the firms. This leadership style supports the flexibility to the firms and it is positively aligned for change the practice with in the firm [6]. Democratic leadership is considered as the potential for enhancing the employee’s satisfaction during the change. The employee involvement is supported by it.

This theory is also facilitating the approach of the sustainability for the change by lowering the resistance of eth employees. The employees are feeling fostered and valued for sharing their opinion ions according to this theory of the leadership. The grater development of the change can be turned in the organization by following this theory of the leadership for influencing the employees directly for the direction of change. For associating with the evolutionary forms of the change in the organization this theory is considered as the most successful theory of the organization. The change for international plan also can be supported by the democratic conditions in which all are involved [7].

Recommendations about issues of Leadership and integrity class

It is recommended that the firm must be following the global leadership styles for resolving the issues for expanding the business cross the borders. The firm can expand its business in China and Latin America by following the global leadership theory. This theory is stated as the contextual conditions which are related to the demands to which the global leaders are encountered to offering the series recommendation to solving the problems of the company. It is also recommended that the democratic forms of the leadership have significant impact on the change of the firm because democratic leadership is considered as the potential for enhancing the employee’s satisfaction during the change.        

Costs for not changing of Leadership and integrity class

If the companies will not follow the leader styles in the firm the employees of the form will not be satisfied for the change of the form and their level of the motivation will be decrees.  The lack of the motivation in the employees leads the form toward the low performance, low performance can decrease the productivity of the firm by which the profitability of the firm can be reduced. The firm’s low profitability is leading toward the loss of the firm due to which any company cannot stable in the market and the competitive advantage of the firm will be reduced.  

Reasons to change of Leadership and integrity class

Under this point this study can defined as why these theories of leadership are important for the issues of the firms. The leadership is known is life blood of the firm basically its bridge between the employees and objectives of the firms which have to be achieved for gaining the profits and resolving the issues. Leadership theory leads the employees toward the ethics of the firm. This theory is also leads to follow the culture of the firm as well as the culture of the other countries at where the firms want to expand its operations.
