The present work deals with the strategic goals including vision, mission, and values of the nursing home and how the IT department can be established an organization to meet the standards [2].

The vision of the nursing home is to become the preferred and post-acute care service provider in the community. The nursing home is committed to providing the facility for the improvement of clinical excellence and the extraordinary services [3]. The nursing homes help the community to keep them healthy. The nursing home strives to accomplish the vision by knowing the needs and preferences of all the residents [3].

The nursing homes emphasize the needs of people and care for the quality of life. The reputation for the nursing home is based on the class and care of services, facilitated and expert staff, and unsurpassed track record for collective fulfillment of the mission.

The strategic plan of the nursing home is to provide strengths for the Christ-centered environments of the society. The nursing home considered to build some friendly relationships between residents and their priorities. The new strategic model of information technology of organization will work for the longer period as for 3 to 5 years with excel. The IT infrastructure will include the development of local server, virtual cloud servers, and dedicated servers, cloud computing, network and architecture, data network topologies and the attributes, and wireless networks [3]. The technology used in the system deals with the health and wellness applications, data backup, database recovery programs, out sourcing of IT support programs, care as well as clinical services [2].      

Values of IT department of Strategic goals of the organization

The strategic plan for the implementation of an IT system is based on the statement of values that involves a variety of analysis such as goals and current issues. The mission statement provides the foundation for consistent future growth and the beliefs of people in the organization [1]. The information technology used in the health care center provides primary and secondary services under the selected programs. The IT system is associated with the real time planning process that is based upon different steps including clarification, values, mission and vision, clarification of the current as well as future priorities, and analysis of opportunities of development and threats [1].

The services provided to the current staff are related to different opportunities and provides support to the long and short term care providers. The IT system is developed for the long term care, independent health services, chronic conditions, and intensive care for the patients [6].

The building of software and database system will consider the internal and external factors that induces influence on the implementation are staff costs, support costs, maintenance cost and cost for project development.
