The present work deals with the strategic goals including vision, mission, and values of the nursing home and how the IT department can be established an organization to meet the standards [2].

The nursing home is committed to providing the facility for the improvement of clinical excellence and the extraordinary services [3]. The nursing homes help the community to keep them healthy. The nursing home strives to accomplish the vision by knowing the needs and preferences of all the residents [3].

The technology used in the system deals with the health and wellness applications, data backup, database recovery programs, out sourcing of IT support programs, care as well as clinical services [2].
