In the given scenario there is an 82 year woman that was died due to poor medical errors from the staff

According to the given situation there is an old lady whose age was 82 and she was transferred from nurse room to the emergency room. Her condition was extremely critical because of her age and also she was weak according to the chief complains. The nurses are unable to tell and give proper report of the patient before the operation. In the emergency room there is also lack of proper facilities for the operation. She was operated because she was struggling with then stomach problems. Her x ray results shows that there were excessive bleeding from her stomach (Barsalou, 2014).
