organization who was changing the system, from owner and worker organization to
making it possible for owner, worker, and producer to work together. The Neechi
food cooperative organization has taken his name the two languages Ojibway and
Cree NEECHI the meaning of this in both languages was a brother, sister or
friend. The organization that was working from more than 25 years. After the
struggle of these many years, the Neechi was able to launch its another
branches the management decided to classify the products and the result comes
out that the new branch of the Neechi food cooperative was selected for the
bakery, aboriginal arts store and produce courtyard. The area of the new branch
was 50000 square foot. The organization just not provide healthy food but also
has the option of delivery inside the Winnipeg and outside of Winnipeg. The
company struggled a lot with the negative externalities that generate issues
for the promotion of local indigenous employment and cultural art. The analysis
of the company suggests that it require support for the aboriginal produced
products. Neechi was indebted about $6.7 million. The consideration of regional
food and art center in the market is associated with cultural distribution.
With the development of new technology, Neechi failed to develop new strategies
according to requirements. The production level was lower even at higher demand
for food products. according to the manager of Neechi, the access to real food at
lower and economical prices is harder and somehow becoming difficult therefore
the focus of Neechi is to renew the trend. The company required to analyze and
recognize the market place for the products and services at national and
international level. Due to a significant population in the inner city of
