INTRODUCTION of IT education

It is important to understand that there can be various things in a community centre, and these are very important for the general public as well. A community centre is a place where people are able to enjoy different activities like they can be involved in recreational and enjoyment activities, or they can get together for social events and they can also go educational purposes too. So, a community centre is great venture for general public in so many ways as they are able to enjoy the essence of different facilities at one point. They don’t have o go elsewhere for different activities of facilities. Being the manager for Kuwait Investment Agency, I have been assigned to find an investment opportunity in the downtown community centre of Kuwait. This community centre is new and it needs some considerable investment from investors so that it can be made a state-of-the-art community centre having different kind of facilities

Discussion of IT education

 As mentioned above that community centre is new and looking for some great investment and investors can find great opportunities in this regard. The Kuwait Investment Agency can also look for few opportunities in this community centre. First of all, they can go for making an investment in its infrastructure. The community centre needs to have state of the art building so that there could be various parts designated for different facilities like enjoyment parks, any educational institution or any other business venture. The community centre has great number of populations around and it has been estimated that the response to this community centre would be viable one. The general public are eagerly waiting for a community centre which proved them different facilities at one location so they don’t have to go for different locations to find different facilities. An information technology educational institution can be another investment opportunity as IT sector is growing and people are interested to take IT education at different levels. So, a well-equipped IT educational institution and centre can be great return for the investment opportunity. The other opportunity for the agency is to invest in making a international standards amusement and theme park, which has all the recreational and enjoyment facilities for children and families.

 Recommendation of IT education

Looking at different options, it can be said that all of them are considerable one for the Kuwait Investment Agency, but I would recommend the agency as a manager that they should go for building a theme & amusement park. It is one of the wonderful opportunities for the agency because in every other community centre, enjoyment parks get the most considerable response from the general public. An international level park with all great facilities, games, and much more fun activities can be an amazing initiative for the general public. It is expected that community centre’s theme park would get the most awaited response from the public, as it has been a latest trend that people do spend money on recreation with their children and families.
