Subject: Discussion on
the final product
The
purpose of the memo is to give the brief detail of the container to the Chile
Company president. As the Chile Company give the order to build a container to
transport Chile all over the southwest United States. The requirement of the
containers width and height are 90 inches. The Chile Company also required that
it will be more efficient size so in the truck many containers are fit into it.
According to the requirement the weight of the truck wouldn’t increase from the
50lbs.
As
according to the condition we are going to review the engineering process. In
which there is the six different step in the engineering process first we have
to design the container identify the all parameters and constraints after that
if you find any problems regarding the design than find the possible solution
for the problem build the prototype of the container after that evaluate the
prototype if there is any problem than improve the design of the container.
I
want to write this memo to the President of the company about all the procedure
of the making of the container. If we used the material like wood than its cost
is less but this is not used easily. The cost factor is really matters. We made
the container with the material like a steel, as it its utilization is flexible
along with adaptive nature, this is the reason it could be constructed anywhere
in the southwest United States. As it is cheap, lightweight, as well as readily
available.
Thanks
Here
we done some calculation;
As the company give the
following information;
Raw Chile pepper weight=
14g
Volume = 7.2 cubic inches
In length the truck size
are = 20, 22, 24
Width & height = 90
inches
As
the container is 7.2 cubic inches and the size of chills are 14g. for the
calculation of the size of the container we multiple the length width and
height of the container.
