Dear John:
I am writing to you to complain about the poor quality of
your electronic product. On September 28, 2018, I received my order of a Samsung
note 9 by your delivery boy. I purchased the Samsung note 9 from your Jarir
Store in the Al-Khobar. Unfortunately, the product delivered to me is
defective. The touch system of the mobile is not working.
The working process of the touch system of the Samsung note
9 is very bad. After working the whole day it was unable to even open my home
screen. I am your regular customer and I was not expecting such a defective
product from your store. This bad experience is encouraging me to change the
store to avoid such experiences.
I am writing to you to change my mobile phone or refund my
amount paid for it. I would appreciate your action if you will repair it or
replace it with a fully working product. I will wait for your response before
going to seek out a third party to resolve the matter. Please consider my
complaint and response me back about your plan towards the mobile phone on my
address that is mentioned in this letter.
