Report on TQM(Total quality management)strategy
To ensure that the quality of services is
higher and according to the requirement there are different elements of TQM
that must be addressed. Total quality management as utmost important strategy
is highly required for the survival in the competitive market. The core values
of total quality management argue about the qualitative and quantitative
studies that help to achieve and explore the quality services. The gradual but
continuous improvement is especially required to address certain consideration
such as methodology, quality of material, and equipment used in the production
process. The success of the company depends upon continuous improvement
approach. To identify the level of quality, it is essentially required to
compare the services with the other competitive companies and how they are
providing satisfactory products to the customers.
I will
prefer to identify differences between over services and other competitive
company services to verify the quality of production. The improvement in work
and quality depends upon the capability of team leaders and workers. The complete
analysis of employee skill and capabilities will enable to promote the methods
and operation. The monthly based assessment of employer capabilities will help
to improve working conditions and quality of services. The regular meetings of
management will gather information about the services and quality and it will
be helpful in making accurate decisions. The improvement in equipment and tools
will increase the quality of services, therefore, the company required the
state of art technology. Even the quality improvement process is gradual but
still required an efficient supplier to deliver quality products in a timely
manner. The performance of a company depends upon the consistent quality of
services, products, and services. The improvement of organizational performance
requires iso certification of suppliers because motivated suppliers improve the
performance level and result in the expansion of total quality management.
Development of the company depends upon the TQM champions job; therefore, it is
especially required to be improved to ensure the quality of services. I would
prefer to take initiatives to improve the quality of sources. The first step is
to improve the workability workers and employees about the specified work and
after that, the second operation is essentially required to meet the quality of
standards. The direct responsibility of worker about the quality and
improvement of production and inspection level will be addressed directly. The
procedure required to improve quality of services motivates the workers to have
control over the functionality and quality. The special programs are required
to be scheduled to acknowledge the efforts of workers and to praise them. In
the business, suppliers are part of the process and require long term relationship
with the company. Analysis of services and qualities of suppliers will enable
to improve the quality of services.
To
bring improvement and to ensure quality in SUV’S production I will follow up
continuous improvement principle. According to this I always find out errors in
each production run and eliminate that errors and problems before proceeding
towards the next production process thus I will eliminate all possible errors
from the production process to get defect-free production. Furthermore, I will
try to ensure integration of the communication network (at all levels from the
lower or bottom line to the top-level management) in the organization using
information technology. Presence of all required information will surely help
me in delivering the right products to the market.
