enlarge market share and provide the best quality products that meet the
expectations of their customers.
Corporate management of the Gulf Union Foods Company is
familiar with the fact that to earn better response from the market they have
to deliver something extra-ordinary, unique and something that is desired by
their customers. Therefore they are giving importance to the customer’s need
and requirements. Introduction of the new glass juice product, and highly
appreciated taste of juice are a fine example of their concern towards the customer’s
choices and styles. To achieve mission and vision they are also giving
importance to the production sector and trying to make the process highly
effective and error-free. Company has the strategy to expand business through
communicating in the market therefore they are paying attention to the social
media platforms also. For organizational management and leadership company has
recruited managers and leaders at each level that perform different duties.
To improve the performance of the employees company has the
strategy to assign tasks according to the capabilities of the employees and
their specialization. Rather than working in different departments and on
different jobs daily, employees only perform the same duty daily in which they
are expert and specialized. For instance employees working in the packing
session are only responsible to pack the products and place labels and the
employees working in the production sector are responsible for the quality of
the products and waste-free production. This is how they are improving
performance and getting production without wastage of resources and time. Basically,
strategic consistency draw impact on the organizational performance as changes in
the strategy causes to bring changes in the whole organizational environment.
