Health care is the most essential and important department for consideration in every organization. Health care is the most important factor of the countries because it is related to the concern with the people. Health is the most important factor, which must be considered keenly and effectively by the government or health departments of that city. It is the most important and efficient role of every person in the society to take care of the health and should remain special as well with the people in its surroundings as it is the most important factor for a person living in the surroundings that he or she must be socially responsible for the activities and the situations done by them.

A socially responsible person should take care of each of the thing or activity around them in terms of giving ease to the people and to realize them that you are with them. As well as health relates to the success and better efficiency of the people in terms of spending their life successfully and efficiently. Because a healthy person can easily enjoy a healthy and prospers life as compared to a sick person in the society that disturbs the society also. (Careerpilot.org.uk, 2018)

1.1 Responsibilities and performance objectives of Health and Social Care

The responsibilities of the people in terms of being very much social and responsible in terms of health department is that they should be very much aware of the task and duties that what one should do in order to take care of its own health and in terms of taking care of its surroundings people so that they can easily be taken care by the people.  People should be responsible for keeping the atmosphere or the surroundings clean and hygienic. The food, the clothes and all the other things that are in need of the people must be used after washing and kept clear so that it can easily remain in contaminated and they are safe and secure to use by the people. The objective of the people must be to keep himself or herself clean and as well, they should be maintained so that they do not expand in a wrong way and that should not be able to make the environment unhealthy and unclean. It is also not a socially good activity to not meet the people and to not make, they part of tour happiness and active movements.

1.2 Effectiveness against objectives of Health and Social Care

You should take a look at the results of your performance that how your performance is improving or not, how it is effectively or poorly affecting the surroundings of you. Sometimes such strategies were made by you and your belongings that do not give positive results then you should change those strategies, as it is useless to implement them in their surroundings. 2.1 Solutions for the problems of Health and Social Care

There may be many problems in the health and social care departments because there may be many of the issues that cannot be considered minor issues. All the solutions should be solved properly and efficiently so that it may not affect the performance of your strategies and it may not affect the positivity of your working efficiency. I will try to run the campaigns about awareness in health and related to social care field. I will motivate them with experiments and by telling them about the stories of other people.

 These minor tools will consider effective and as well as informative for the people and make them realize of their duties and responsibilities in the field of health and social care as a must. Some time such issues came that seriously horrified the situations and as well, they make the situations critical. Some problems came that are related to the self-control and control the number of people will lose their confidence in making health and social care department strong. Some problems are very much critical then in solving them it became very much difficult to maintain the effectiveness and the positivity of the organization, which is not good for this. 2.2 Communication of Health and Social Care

We arranges a meeting with our students in order to communicate the most important points with them and in order to achieve the target which is to make them realize from the importance of the health and social care in their lives and in the lives of the people of their surroundings as well. Communication are always become helpful in order to get the best outcomes and the best performance of the issues in the both health and social care department. Communication is the most important and essential part in this responsibility. When we communicate well with each other then it became very much impressive and effective in terms of getting positive results in this field. As it is very much important to get positivity in this field so we should communicate as much as possible with the people including in this department in order to increase the effectiveness of this responsibility. Communication if good then it leads to the positive results and positive results makes the working efficient and interesting as well.

2.3 Time strategies of Health and Social Care

Management is that department in every department or organization that leads to the maintenance and implementations of the strategies that are made to increase the effectiveness of the health and social care department. The management has to work efficiently that the strategies that he made should give the best and most effective results. Management should be smart and very active and it should consider all the latest trends and techniques those effects positively in the health department. If management is smart and efficient then it became very much good for the department because smart management will effect and lead to smart working in the department of both health and social care. The strategies that are made in order to get the best results should be according to the need and want of the health department. This department needs consistent up gradation and continues working with precision and accuracy as a must. Sometimes when we implement a situation roughly then it cannot provide us good results and leads to the failure, which affects badly on the health department and in social department, as well, it affects the social potential of the people with each other badly. 3.1 Roles of people of Health and Social Care

There are said to be different roles of the people in the social health care organization. The staff, managers and the expert in the medical field are likely to do their roles in the company.  It gives more opportunities to people in the organization in terms of having more discussions and conversations with each other. Many social meeting apps and gadgets are introduced for the people that increases the far distances less and which lessens the closeness of people with each other. Such innovations increase the efficiency of social care department and it increases the working capacity of that department in positivity as well. In both the fields, these innovations increase the performance of each department. Health is the most important and essential factor of the people that should be considered keenly and carefully. Healthy should be considered well and carefully by all the people because with good health people will move effectively and confidently in their surroundings and it positively affects their working in their lifestyles. Such working capacities will enhance the working techniques and positivity of the people.

3.2 Analysis team dynamics of Health and Social Care

All the departments when working under team management then it became very good and efficient for them in terms of receiving fast and efficient results and within required time as well. Sometimes it happens that you are working alone and you do not understand what type of issue you have and what types of issue are solved how then your teamwork will help you positively and in a good process as well. Your team should be based on the working efficiently and as a must positive response as it is very much necessary from your team that it will give you a positive and quick response.

As I introduced new technologies in the health department. It increases the efficiency of the health department. They increased in technological use will increase the health graph of the people and as well it increases the efficiency of people working in this department too. This department is very much sensitive so it needs a consistent up gradation and a continues approach towards its level of working. Your team will support you best and your team will compensate for you in times bad or verse situations in the. Because this is the real strength of your department's team working.

3.3 Alternative way to achieve team goals

In order to work in team different new members in your health and social care department, the team must take help of others as different people have different opinions and have different ideas related to the health and social care departments. All the people in the team have passed through these situations as all the situations have positive and negative both the aspects. All the workings and opinions have both the sides sometimes a situation came that it needs to be done in different ways so that it effectively and positively increases the efficiency as well as. The healthcare department has many different and unique ways in order to communicate and work properly with the team in this field. Such departments have the rights and authorities that they should work hard in order to facilitate the people for their health. This method is likely to help the team in the achievement of the goals.
