Conclusion

My current job is to train coordinators. I have great expertise in oral and written communication in both languages Arabic and English. The tasks that I am performing in the departments are as following

Ø  To manage the budgets of the departments

Ø  Selection of training programs for the organization

Ø  Selecting and organizing the different training events

Ø  To evaluate the training impacts after every three months

Ø  Contract with the training organizations or institute to provide the training sessions that need in the hospitals

Ø  Evaluating the training needs of hospital staff

I have obtainedexperience of two years from my post or position in which the training of the coordinates is my job and through it, I gained several skills and competencies. For example, time management skills, excellent communication skills, stress management,and planning skills. Like any other job, my position can move forward, backward or stay as it is. This way is important to have a developing plan to help me move only forward. When I started my job 2 years ago, my manager asked me “Where do you see yourself five years from now? “I did not have an answer at that time but now this question helped me guide myself into writing a short and a long term developing plan.

Needs of Short Term Development Plan

For the short-term needs, I need to pay attention to learn different techniques and skills in order to stronger my negotiations and cooperation skills, report writing skills, evaluation, and validation techniques.

Objectives of Short Term Development Plan

I have done my graduation in English literature but I am working in the management department that is why I have great expertise in managing and train the coordinators. With respect to that, I am doing an MBA to get more expertise and skills in human resources.My short terms objectives isto become a training head.

   Skills how to achieve gaols

I will make commotion list to perform the different tasks. I will manage the time for my studies. I will put the strength and weakness of myself in a notebook in order to correct it and never to do the mistakes again.

I will take a trade school or special classes to improve my skills to know more and more things about the businesses in a way that what type of discussions will be used at the place what are the implementations required to run a business successfully, what is the positive way to train the coordinators and other techniques like this.

I am striving to be a better critical thinker in order to think critically about the situation that becomes the hurdles in achieving the goals also to think critically about the performances of the employees. I am striving to be a leader in order to manage the department skilfully and in a good manner. I am also striving to gain more knowledge in order to give suggestions and to provide different strategies for maintaining a platform for good workers.

Timingto achieve short-term objectives

I will manage to do the job with my MBA. I will give 3 to 4 hours in a class to gain important notes. After that when I will free from my duty then I will give 1 to 2 hours to my studies in order to gain the things that the teachers told me in the classes.

I am a mother of two children and I am doing a full-time job, therefore, I think that I will be able to achieve short-term objectives within 2 to 3 years.

I will measure my short-term goals achievement by evaluating that where have I reached in professional career and if I become training head in 1-2 years, it means I have achieved my goals.

Long-Term (3-5years) Development Plan
  Needs to complete my MBA

For the long-term needs, I need to complete my MBA to help me understand the basics of business management along with other management skills that will help my career. I have a bachelor degree in English Literature, which has nothing to do with training and coordinating. Studying MBA helped me so far in fulfilling some needs such as planning, organizing, leading and controlling but I still have a lot to learn.

I prefer MBA because through the completion of this degree I will be able to perform my duties in the globalized companies.

After I attained the degree of MBA, I will prefer to work on a higher post of top management as I want to become a vice president of the department.

I have planned to attain the degree of MBA for personal and professional needs, as I have to work in the management department and after completion of my degree, it will also support me to work in the globalized organizations through which my personal needs will also fulfill.

    Objectivespromotion

I am doing an MBA to get promotion in higher rank in the department. After completion of my MBA, I have aimed to become a vice president of the department where I am doing the job right now.

First, I willuse this degree in order to get the expertise and skills for the human resources after that I will manage the time to get higher in degree and will start the Ph.D. program.

Skillsthat improve my professional abilities to control the management

In long term, I am pursuing my MBA I want to attain different types of skills that improve my professional abilities to control the management and to perform leadership roles.  also to improve the training of the coordinates these skills are; managing performance, analytical thinking, managing change, flexibility, fostering teamwork, providing motivational support, innovation and creativity and influencing others.

Timing to manage studies

On the other hand, in long term if I keep on developing and working on my skills and needs, I will be able to achieve my long-term goals of becoming a vice president of my organization within 3-5 years.

I will my measure my long-terms objectives achievement by realising that whether I have become a vice-president.

The importance of self-development plan is the returns and wither I were able to achieve my goals by following my plan, develop my skills, behaviour, knowledge,and sciences, to expand my perception.To increase my abilities in research and development and deal with crises, Self-satisfaction, and inner peace, as the path towards self-development is overwhelmed with happiness in all its details. After the completion of my MBA, I will be able to know more skills and techniques that are used in the business departments to enhance their success. I will also get the promotion after completion of my MBA. I will be able to fulfill my desire to become a vice president of the department. I will also be able to work in the globalized companies, organizations or industries.
